I recently purchased a Highlander LE from Grand Blanc Toyota. My experience with Lee, our sales consultant was great. No pressure, answered all my questions, gave me information about my Highlander and let me make my own decision after test driving a Highlander and a Rav4. I appreciate all the time and effort he gave to me in helping me make my decision. We've done business with Grand Blanc Toyota for about 20 years and appreciate all they do for their Toyota owners.

My car had recently broke down I had no other choice to take it to Grand Blanc Toyota since it's the only Toyota dealer closest to my home. I was reading the other review so I was a little scared but my experience was totally different. Parker was absolutely amazing the servicer was wonderful I would definitely take my car back again and when I'm ready to buy a car I would definitely buy my vehicle at Grand Blanc Toyota my experience has been one of the best customer service is out of this world

"Very Accommodating
I arrived late due to a poor experience with a dealership I visited prior to me appointment with Jamie and was worried I wouldn't have enough time to test drive all three vehicles that I wanted to test drive. I called before hand to let them know that I was running late and they were very understanding. When I had arrived we met and sat for a brief moment to figure our what I was trying to get out f the experience for the day. At that point Jamie understood my top priority for the day was just getting in the vehicles and seeing how each one felt driving so I could decide which was best suited for me. She was on her game allowing me to ger three vehicles test drove within one hour from arriving. This may sound like the test drive was cut short or limited, but it wasn't. This was possible by not having to listen to a sales person try to figure our how much money they could get out of me. She made sure plenty of fuel was in the tank for each test drive to be more than long enough and I can't recall her putting a time limit on that well or staying behind and prepping the next vehicle. She stayed behind every time I came back she was waiting with the keys to the next car ready to go where I was pulling up. We had brief conversations about each vehicle between the drives and she seemed eager to answer any questions I had or get the answers if she didn't immediately know them. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying a make and model that Jamie sells, but by far the experience was one of the best I had while dealing with half a dozen dealerships and test driving over a dozen vehicles. If you are interest in any vehicles on any of the Grand Blanc Motorcars lot definitely call in and set up an appointment with Jamie Willis. I don't think you'll be disappointed by the experience!!

Last week while working on a clients car, we were unable to source a part, being on back order to Germany. BMW showed exactly one remaining in the country and it happened to be at your shop. Thursday afternoon, in a panic, I called and spoke with your parts department. I spoke with Ed Kamatoy, he verified you had what I needed on the shelf, proceeded to drop everything and sent it to me overnight, utilizing a FedEx label I emailed him. Not only was he extremely helpful, he was very professional, quick and courteous. The service he provided really helped both us and our client. Our client was planning a trip to drop a child off at college and waiting on a German delivery part would have put a major damper on his plans."

by an apparent electrical failure on a very cold morning at a Fenton service station. After consulting the service manual, I spoke by cell phone to Mr. Mike Tenerelli, your service manager. Mr. Tenerelli, in a direct, unhurried, and patient manor, spent several minutes with me discussing the problem, the apparent cause and coaching me on a possible immediate solution. Transportation to your facility was eventually required where the problem was promptly repaired. On two previous occasions Mr. Tenerelli has been my first contact. Just to let you know, I am a retired Army officer, and I now reside in El Paso, Texas. However, I did grow up in the Detroit area, and I frequently visit family and friends in Michigan. I usually schedule my trips to Michigan so that I can have the Sprinter maintained and serviced at your dealer. Since meeting Victor, I completely rely on his input and judgement. As a matter of fact, Grand Blanc Motorcars is the only place my Sprinter has ever been to for service, and I plan to keep it that way when it comes to servicing my Sprinter, or when buying/leasing a new Mercedes.
